Our combination of web presses, complemented by extensive electronic pre-press, bindery/finishing and distribution provide all the capabilities and capacity you need. Our electronic pre-press professionals provide complete desktop publishing and film output services, including four color scanning, image manipulation and archiving. High capacity electronic data transfer capabilities condense lead times and provide later editorial and advertising closings.

Editors’ modern pressroom, complete with the state-of-the-art M-600 web press technology, is specifically designed for quick makeready and high-speed production with superior print quality. Fold changes with the JF-50 folder are fully automated, and can be performed in less than three minutes enabling greater product versatility, speed and quality. The JF-50 folder produces 18 different fold formats in its standard configuration, all of which can be pre-set from the CPtronic print console. Magazine, digest, tabloid, inline coating, paste on fold and perfing are all available.

The sophisticated bindery features enhanced inside/outside inkjet messaging with selective binding capabilities that create more targeted editorial and advertising opportunities that improve readership and advertising response.
